The WX-78 Mech, with the spawn code "wx_mech_basic", was found in the Don't Starve: Newhome beta files. According to Joe, one of the developers, this is an abandoned concept since 2019, when they were just starting to figure out what the character reworks would be like.

Sketches in Wilson's Skill Tree

There are many sketches in the Skill Tree texture. Among them one you can see a clock that is in the upper right corner of the screen, a eye bone, beard hair x4, twigs x10, an Alchemy Engine, melted marbles and gold nugget out of the grave with a shovel, boards x4, crafting purple gem, a morsel and an egg (which apparently can be replaced with a tall bird egg) for a crock pot, a trumpet with a plug (which Wilson speaks), a drawing of Wilson looking into Chester and some chemical structure.
